Who is Chocolatey Clare?

Clare began her interest in cake decorating at 16 when she used to dabble in her mum’s kitchen and taught herself sugar craft from a 1970’s Marks and Spencer’s cake decorating book!!

Over the years Clare has honed her sugar craft and cake making skills, gaining the nickname ‘Chocolatey Clare’ because of her love of cake making, especially chocolate cakes.

Throughout her journey from an extremely talented amateur to professional cake maker, Clare has retained her love of baking and creating wonderful, delicious designs.
